I had my mummy MOT with Rosa when I was about 5/6 months postpartum and it was so reassuring and helpful for my recovery.
Rosa was so welcoming at the start of the appointment and her treatment room was spacious and calming.
She was so great at being thorough with her questions but also being mindful with what I was comfortable with. We even had baby Freddie with us and she was so great and patient with him crawling around her floor 😂
I came away with a manageable plan of exercises for my pelvic floor and she even gave me advice on an old ankle injury!
I’d wholeheartedly recommend Rosa for your physio needs!
