I’m Rosa, an MSc-qualified physiotherapist with specialist training in women’s pelvic health, pregnancy, and postnatal rehabilitation. I work as a Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner within the NHS and have completed extensive training in pelvic floor and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Alongside my NHS work, I run Mums&More Physiotherapy to provide high-quality, personalised care for women in Edinburgh.
