Re-scheduling and Cancellations

Please reschedule or cancel your appointment with 24 hours notice, or the deposit for the appointment will be un-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Running Late? ​​

Initial Assessments; If over 15 mins late we will only complete the subjective (talking part) of the consultation (and a follow up appointment can be booked to complete the assessment), and if over 30 mins late the appointment will have to be rescheduled.

Follow ups; if over 10 mins late the appointment will have to be rescheduled. Thank you again for your understanding.
