About Me

Hi, I’m Rosa — a specialist physiotherapist in musculoskeletal and pelvic health, with a passion for helping women feel strong, confident, and comfortable in their bodies at every stage of life.

I hold an MSc in Physiotherapy (Distinction) from Queen Margaret University, where I developed a strong foundation in musculoskeletal and pelvic health rehabilitation. Since qualifying, I have worked extensively within the NHS, gaining broad experience in orthopaedics, musculoskeletal care, and women’s pelvic health.

After training and working in Manchester, I returned to Edinburgh, where I now work as an Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner within the NHS Pelvic Pain Service, alongside running my private practice. I also completed additional postgraduate training with the Society for Musculoskeletal Medicine, which continues to shape my whole-body, evidence-based approach to care.

In my clinic, I aim to provide calm, thorough, and personalised assessments, taking the time to understand your goals and concerns. My focus is not just on treating symptoms, but on helping you feel confident in your movement, function, and recovery. Read more about my approach here.

Outside of work, I enjoy triathlon training and strength training, which helps inform my practical, realistic approach to rehabilitation and return to activity.

I look forward to supporting you on your journey towards better health and wellbeing.
